BETWEEN RHONE AND GRAND COLOMBIER

FROM SEYSSEL TO SERRIERES EN CHAUTAGNE

Departing from the Aqualoisirs base in Seyssel Ain, you will reach the port by crossing the old Bourg through the bridge of the Black Virgin. The ViaRhona begins here and goes along the Fier river, coming from the Aravis massif.

The bicycle path lets place to the ViaRhona by a hill but short sustained. You will cross the village of Motz, north entrance of the savoyard Chautagne, to discover the little hamlet of “Iles” where weaves the pathway of Saint Jacques de Compostelle.

Beautiful and country-style roads will lead you to the entrance of SerriEre-en-Chautagne where you will enjoy the lake for a refreshing bathing or an ice cream.
