TOUR OF HAUTECOMBE ABBEY

EXCEPTIONAL LANDSCAPE ON THE BIGGEST LAKE OF FRANCE

Departing from the marine base des Ilots in Chanaz, you will reach the Mollar summit of Chanaz (little hill). You will cross little villages and hamlets which are typical of the Savoy. You will see lots of amazing landscapes and views on the Bourget lake. A funny descent will guide you to the majestic Hautecombe Abbey, jewel of the XII century (paying visit). When you will arrive in Conjoux, you will enjoy a bathing on the shady beach of the village. Then, in Portout, the inn will welcome you ( ice cream, drinking, eating) in its shady gardens and you will finally return at Chanaz by crossing the beautiful Savière Canal.
